Sometimes I get really frustrated with certain ab moves because my core is weak but I liked this workout. I feel like it made me more able to do the moves even though my abs are not very strong right now. I think the reason is because it has a LOT of ab work (which I generally don’t like to do) and the moves involved using a resistance band.
